  • Contact the merchant via website email, describe the issue, and provide evidence such as the order number, product photos/videos, etc.
  • Submit after-sales applications independently (e.g., select "Apply for After-sales" in "My Orders").
Review and Feedback
  • After receiving the application, the merchant will review the evidence within 2 working days to confirm whether it meets the return/exchange conditions.
  • Upon approval, the merchant will inform you of the subsequent handling procedures.
  1. Handling Methods
    Return and Refund:
  • For non-quality issues, return and refund applications can be made before the product departs the port. Return costs shall be borne by the buyer. Please verify product information before purchase or consult customer service via email.
  • For non-quality issues, if the product has already departed the port, return and refund applications will not be accepted. In case of quality issues, please contact the merchant to negotiate a solution.
