Shipping Area Instructions
Our goods are only delivered to regions within mainland China (including ports), excluding Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and Tibet Autonomous Region. Due to logistics constraints and policy factors, we currently cannot provide direct shipping services to the above-mentioned regions. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Before placing an order, please confirm that the delivery address is within our serviceable area. If the address you provided falls outside our delivery scope, we will be unable to arrange direct shipping, and the order may be canceled or refunded. If you still wish to receive the goods, you may choose one of the following options:
- Forwarding via a Port Contact: You may contact a friend or associate at a port within mainland China to sign for the goods at the port and arrange subsequent transportation to your destination.
- Request Assistance: If you do not have a port contact for forwarding, please inform our customer service team promptly when placing your order or during order review. We will provide necessary assistance, such as recommending cooperative logistics providers, based on the actual situation. However, any transportation costs, risks, and liabilities incurred thereafter will be your sole responsibility.
